What is the maximum capacity for a corporate event?
With both floors available, ODR Studios can comfortably host large events. For a standing reception on the 2nd Floor Loft alone, the 5,000 sq ft space accommodates a generous crowd. Contact us with your attendance estimate and we'll advise on the best configuration.
Is there AV infrastructure in the venue?
Please discuss your AV requirements when inquiring. We work closely with production companies and AV vendors and can make recommendations for your specific needs.
Can I shoot content at the same time as my event?
Yes — one of ODR Studios' biggest advantages is its dual function as both event venue and production studio. Many brands run a content shoot in one area while their event unfolds in another. See our photography studio rental page for more on dedicated shoot days.
Do you handle catering?
ODR Studios is an open-vendor venue. You're free to bring in your preferred caterer. We'll coordinate with your team on kitchen access, setup timing, and any other logistics.
Is there parking for guests?
Yes. There's a cash parking lot directly opposite the studio. For larger events, we can arrange a staging lot nearby for additional vehicles and coordinate street permits.
