Our loft-style studio doubles as a raw warehouse set with gritty textures, natural light, and industrial features.

Here we create and curate unique and flexible environments to help cater to the ever growing demand of visual content which individuals and brands need to communicate with their audience.

The space includes a working kitchen filled with lush plants, a lounge area complete with vintage furniture, and two bathrooms.

Up above, wooden lattice work lends a natural, historic feel to the building.

Production teams also have access to the building’s rooftop. Make use of 360 degree cityscape views at sunset and sunrise.

The floor, furniture and props are ready for you to customize and make magic.

    Extremely versatile, multiple sets can be built, from kitchens and lounges, to gyms and offices.

  • We host everything from Hollywood movies and TV shows, to commercials, brand shoots, editorials, independent films, documentaries, interviews, music videos, social content creation, podcasts, and much more.

  • Yes! Sound on our 2nd Floor is excellent and we regularly host productions shooting interviews, podcasts, documentaries etc.

  • Every booking includes access to all of the props and furniture that you see in the photos across our website (not including vehicles which are priced separately). 

    You are welcome to use and move items as you see fit. We ask that everything is returned to its place within the timeframe of your booking.

  • We base rates on length of day, crew size, and add-ons. Please reach out via our contact form and include as much information as you can so that we can provide an accurate quote.

  • The large row of windows you see in our photos are on the west of the building so we get really nice late afternoon/evening light and beautiful sunsets.    

    We do also have windows on the east that get nice morning light as well as skylights up above which get great light throughout the day.

  • Yes. We use a partition wall to section off an area of the loft.

    All bookings include 2 clothing racks, a hair & makeup table, and a professional grade steamer.

  • Our 2nd Floor has both A/C & heat so temps are always mild and comfortable.

  • We have a 125" projector and screen, wi-fi, Sonos speakers.

    We also have additional tables, chairs, and other furniture available for rent.

  • Yes! Vehicles can be driven up to the 2nd floor via a ramp, making load-in simple. Or, if you have cars starring in your production / event, we can easily help you move them into the space.

    Regular sized vehicles can drive in easily. Cargo vans fit up the ramp well, but sprinter vans and long wheel bases can be tricky. Let us know your vehicle measurements and we can confirm access for you.

    Our team will drive your vehicle in and out of our 2nd Floor for insurance reasons.

    We also have an electric Tuff Truk buggy to help with load in of any heavy gear and equipment up to hundreds of kg. The buggy can also pull production hampers up to our 2nd Floor.
