Below our 2nd floor loft sits our 1st floor workshop and stage area. A gritty, industrial stage for photography, film and event production.

A further 5,000 square feet of uninterrupted interior space.

Drive-in vehicle ramp allows easy access for props and crew.

Factory / warehouse style fixtures and props throughout.

Artificial strobe lighting.

Can be booked independently or in addition to upstairs loft space.

    Our 1st Floor is an excellent choice for those looking for a gritty, industrial, workshop aesthetic.

    Productions can also make use of the space for staging, holding, manufacturing, set dec, or as a functioning workshop.

  • Yes! Sound on our 1st Floor is excellent and we regularly host productions shooting interviews, podcasts, documentaries etc.

  • Every booking includes access to all of the props and furniture that you see in the photos across our website (not including vehicles which are priced separately). 

    Our 1st Floor has a huge amount of workshop equipment, tools, industrial fittings, and factory items.

    You are welcome to use and move items as you see fit. We ask that everything is returned to its place within the timeframe of your booking.

  • We base rates on length of day, crew size, and add-ons. Please reach out via our contact form and include as much information as you can so that we can provide an accurate quote.

  • Yes, our First Floor can act as a soundstage with total darkness if required.

  • Yes. We have private rooms available on request or can section off an area of the floor itself.

    We have 2 clothing racks plus a hair & makeup table available.
