We host and collaborate on events that bring people together - from live performances and art installations to local education and creative workshops.

Each activation is designed to celebrate Newark’s culture, support its artists, and strengthen the ties that make our community thrive.

Community Activations

The woman on the right is wearing glasses, a maroon beret, a multicolored patchwork coat, and a denim skirt. There are racks of clothes on either side of them, and a large vintage-style rug on the floor.

Vintage Market

We host live performances that bring the community together — showcasing local musicians alongside emerging talent from beyond Newark. Each event blends genres, styles, and stories in a space built for creativity and sound.

Live Music

A four-member band performing on a stage with musical instruments, including a keyboard, microphone, drum set, and electric guitar, in a dimly lit venue with large windows and curtains.

Our photo walks turn the neighborhood into a canvas. Led by local photographers, these walks explore light, texture, and architecture while connecting creatives who see beauty in everyday scenes. Selected work from each walk is later showcased in the studio, celebrating the perspectives that make Newark unique.

Poets, storytellers, and performers fill the space with words that move and connect. These nights celebrate the power of language and the local voices shaping Newark’s creative identity.
