A Holiday Party Your Team Will Actually Remember
Most holiday parties happen in a hotel ballroom or the back room of a restaurant. ODR Studios gives your team something different: the 2nd Floor Daylight Loft of a renovated 1920s transformer factory, with large windows, cement walls, high ceilings, vintage furniture and corners that photograph beautifully.
The loft is a blank canvas you dress for the season. Bring your own caterer, DJ and bar, set the room with long tables or lounge seating, and add candles, lighting and florals to make it feel like yours. Our team helps coordinate setup, power and timing with your vendors. The loft hosts up to 150 guests, from a seated team dinner to a full cocktail party with dancing.

Outside catering is welcome: chefs, food trucks or full catering teams. A prep area with counter space, sink, stove and storage supports plating.
A Bar Your Way
Bring your own alcohol, or set up a prepaid open bar served by a bartender. Alcohol can’t be sold on site.
Music, Toasts & Slideshows
A Sonos sound system and a large projector for speeches, photo reels and awards. DJs and live bands are welcome.

December evenings book first, so reach out early with your date and headcount. Weeknights are often easier to secure. We’re in a residential neighborhood, so loud music is turned down by midnight.

Our 2nd Floor Daylight Loft hosts up to 150 guests, for a seated dinner, cocktail reception or awards presentation.
Can we bring our own caterer?
Yes. Outside caterers, private chefs and food trucks are all welcome, and there’s a prep area for plating. We can also recommend trusted local vendors.
Can we serve alcohol?
