Can I rig lights from the ceiling?
Yes. The 19-foot wooden truss ceiling on the 2nd Floor is ideal for rigging. Our team can advise on rigging points and weight limits. Please discuss specific requirements in advance.
Is there room for a large crew?
Absolutely. Productions of all sizes are welcome. With 10,000 sq ft across two floors, you can run principal photography on one floor while base camp, crafty, and wardrobe operate on the other.
Can I bring vehicles into the studio?
Yes — cars and motorcycles can drive directly up the ramp onto the 2nd Floor Loft. Our team handles all in/out driving for insurance purposes. Confirm clearance for larger or unusual vehicles in advance.
Do you have parking for production trucks?
Yes. We have a staging lot two buildings down that accommodates cube trucks, RVs, and large production vehicles. We can also arrange street permits for both sides of Madison Street.
Are overnight or multi-day bookings available?
