ODR Studios is an industrial film and photography studio
+ event space
10,000 unobstructed sq. ft over two floors, a 19’-high wooden truss ceiling, cement walls, large factory windows and drive-in vehicle ramp.
Housed in a renovated 1920s transformer factory, the chic loft-style studio doubles as a raw warehouse set with natural daylight, gritty textures and a curated selection of furniture.
Our 2nd Floor Daylight Loft & 1st Floor Workshop & Stage cater to all sizes of productions and can be used for: filming, staging, catering, prop fabrication and everything in between.

Yes! Sound on both floors is excellent and we regularly host productions shooting interviews, podcasts, documentaries etc.

Every booking includes access to all of the props and furniture that you see in the photos across our website (not including vehicles which are priced separately).
You are welcome to use and move items as you see fit. We ask that everything is returned to its place within the timeframe of your booking.
